Disinfection: - High Level Disinfection: (Tweezers, sculpting machine attachments, etc.) - All implements are to be washed (scrubbed with soap and water) prior to disinfection. - Pre-Empt CS-20 utilized for high level disinfection! * Manufacturers directions are required to be followed! (Note: "undiluted" and contact times) * Expiration dates are to be monitored. Ok. - Tanning bed disnfection: UVA San. * All items are to be cleaned and disinfected after each use! - MDALL listing and approval for Venus sculpting machine provided. - Sanitary Facilities: Ok. - Sanitation: Ok. Facility is to be kept clean and organized. - Recommend - hands are to be washed prior to treatments. (clients/service providers.) - Single use items being utilized also. DO NOT REUSE ITEMS!! - Laundry services on site. Ensure all items (towels/linen) are washed after each client. Recommend hot water wash and hot dry cycle. - Structurally: Continue efforts to keep all surfaces in good repair. (ie: walls, etc) *** Facility is to be kept clean and organized at all times.
