The following items have been observed: -->Agreement between operator and pest control company is provided. Pest control company will come twice a month for at least 6 months. -->Pest control technician visited in the last two days. -->Pest control report is provided - new traps set, potential entry points sealed. -->Missing ceiling tiles in place. -->Whole facility has been pressured washed. -->It is apparent staff have tried hard to remove all droppings in facility. Closure order rescinded. Facility may now re-open for business. Another follow-up inspection will be conducted to ensure all violations noted in routine inspection report #SSZO-D3BUVX is corrected.
