Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were noted at 4C or below.
All freezer units were noted at -18C or below.
General storage hierarchy acceptable - raw meat and eggs on the bottom, produce on top.
Bulk food containers noted using scoops with appropriate handles - good.
200 ppm QUAT detected in the sanitizer spray bottle. QUAT test strips available.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 73.8C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Operator's (on-site at the time of inspection) FOODSAFE level 1 certificate verified - expired Feb 18, 2025.
