- Double sink has hot and cold water, soap and paper towel - Fridges <4C - Freezers -18C - Fridge and freezers equipped with thermometers - Temperature logs are partially in use. Ensure minimum temperatures are listed on logs for staff to verify temperatures are met. - Dish washer reaches >71C after 3 cycles. Ensure dish washer is run for 3 cycles before sending dishes through. - Bleach spray bottle measured 100ppm - Food storage is covered and on shelving. Bulk foods stored in pest-proof containers - Premise was clean and well maintained at the time of inspection
