Corrective Action(s): Internal temperature of foods that were placed in the cooler range from 11-13C
Sandwiches, wraps, salads, cut fruits were discarded during inspection.
Do not use the cooler until repaired to hold temperature @ 4C. Re-inspection must be made by the Health Department prior to use the unit again.
