Correction: Ensure to disassemble and thoroughly clean and sanitize the band saw and other equipment after use.

- Meat saw was clean and in good condition
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer was available on site
- All hand was stations had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and stocked with paper towel
- All food products were covered with food grade material
- General sanitation and cleanliness was good
- Extra shelving added to facility
- All violations corrected, facility was in compliance
