Corrective Action(s): Label chlorine sanitizer spray bottle to ensure that proper chemicals are used for sanitation and to prevent possible chemical contamination. Violation Score: 3

Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Chlorine spray bottle at 100ppm. 2-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 75.5C final rinse temperature. Prep cooler and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers measured at -18C or lower. Domestic cooler/freezer measured at 4C and -18C respectively. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higer. All food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. No signs of pests observed. All violation in previous report#TCHN-CMRTRA has been corrected: -No scoops observed to be stored inside dry storage bins. Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
