General comments: *Validity of Foodsafe certification for kitchen staff could not be verified during inspection. Ensure that all kitchen staff have up-todate Foodsafe certification and keep a physical copy of the certificate on site for verification at next inspection Staff stated they were Foodsafe certified -All sinks supplied with hot + cold water, liquid soap, paper towel -Cooler measured 2C and freezer measured -17C temperature logs are maintained daily -Low temperature dishwasher measured approximately 100ppm chlorine -Sanitizer in spray bottle measured approximately 100ppm chlorine -General sanitation good -No sign of pests noted during inspection
