- All coolers < or = to 4C
- All freezers < or = to -18C
- High temperature dishwasher reached 74C at the plate's level
- Milk steamer sanitized after each use with Quat sanitizer.
- Surface sanitizer was available at 200 ppm Quat. Changed every 2 hours.
- Dry storage area is good
- No signs of pest activity. Abell pest control used.
