Overall, premises is very well maintained. Operator is knowledgeable and organized. -All stand coolers are at 4C and storage is satisfactory -All freezer units are at or below -18C. *Stand located at the back is freezer is missing a light, ensure this issue is resolved as it may be difficult to clean and/or view contamination* -Temperature logs are maintained and up to date -Dry storage is clean and satisfactory -Pest proof containers are available and scoops are stored in a hygienic manner -3 compartment sink was prepared appropriately with bleach solution for sanitation -Bucket with cloth and spray bottle containing bleach sanitizer solution achieves 100ppm -Hand wash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water. -No signs of pest activity. Kwality pest control is scheduled monthly. Reports viewed and no concerns noted. No signature required due to COVID-19 Report to be emailed to operator.
