Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inside of rice cooker observed with build-up of food debris. Kitchen staff indicated rice cooker was not used today.
Corrective Action(s): Inside pot of rice cooker was placed in the sink to be washed. Ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned after use to prevent the growth of bacteria and their toxins.

- Hand sinks stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel
- All refrigeration units holding 4 C or below
- Freezers holding -18 C or colder
- No signs of pests
- Chlorine sanitizer at 100 ppm
- Foods covered in cooler and freezers
- Dishwasher on site is residential

Corrections Needed:
- Personal items and medication is to be kept on a separte shelf below all food and food contact surfaces
- Obtain a probe thermometer for kitchen staff to check the temperatures of cooked foods
