Routine inspection - Hand washing stations fully supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - Upright freezer measured at or below -18C. Chest freezer at the back measured at -18 or colder. Coolers measured at or below 4C.Temperature monitoring log maintain. - QUAT Sanitizer available and 200-400ppm residue detected. Wiping cloth kept inside the solution. - Dishwasher final rinse water registered at 77C. - Lighting observed to be adequate. - General sanitation is satisfactory. Floors were clean and free of food debris. - Bulk food in dispensers packaged and allergen's warning sign noted. Sanitation plan noted available on task board. Staff observed following cleaning schedule. Excellent! Reminders: Worn cutting boards with deep grove and not easy to clean are to be replaced.
