2) Backflow preventer behind the dishwasher observed to be leaking 1 drop every 3-5 seconds.
3) Low temperature dishwasher measured to have 0 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): 1) REMOVE wooden cutting block from kitchen.
2) Repair/replace backflow preventer so that it does not leak
3) Use low temperature dishwasher only for the soap and rinse cycle.
