- Three compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing. Reviewed manual dishwashing procedures.
- Concentrated Quat is available for sanitizing equipment. Ensure manufacturer's instructions are followed.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer is available for surfaces
- Dry storage areas are maintained

Note:
- Ensure pest activity is being monitored. Clean and sanitize areas affected by rodent droppings.
- Ensure temperature logs are maintained for all coolers (minimum twice per day).
