Routine inspection conducted. Facility is well lit, maintained, and operated. Store serves only pre-packaged food items. Coffee machine is no longer on premise. The following observations were made: - Hand wash station (2-compartment sink) adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels - Beverage display stand-up cooler at 4C - Chlorinated cleaner spray bottle available for general cleaning of the store - Chemical storage area well organized, mop sink present and available for use; washroom is maintained in sanitary condition - Food products for sale stored at least 6" off the floor - Electrical room in sanitary condition, back storage area and hallway is clear and uncluttered - No visible signs of recent pest activity at time of inspection. Professional pest control company conducts routine audits. Both T1 and T2 mechanical trap adhesives recently replaced (Oct 19, 2018) and did not contain any rodents NOTE: Operator states that there was an ant infestation several months ago. Ant bait placed in store. Ensure that you continue coordinating with your pest control operator No concerns at this time. Please contact the health inspector if you have any questions.
