Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Cooler/freezer temperatures within requirements. No hot-holding.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle and 3 compartment sink for manual dishwashing. GOOD!
-General food storage practice satisfactory. Downstairs storage room maintained in sanitary manner.
-General maintenance and sanitation very good at this time.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-No concerns observed at this time.

Domestic dishwasher not to be used as agreed during the last inspection. Instead, facility is following the 3 compartment manual method. Good.
Improvement observed in terms of the overall operation/maintenance. Keep up the good work!
