Cold brew bottling room:
-Liquid soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water present for handwashing
-Quats sanitizer (Novo San pre-mix) present in spray bottle for sanitizing surfaces. Concentration of solution in spray bottle was 200ppm. Test strips present for checking concentration.
-Quats sanitizer (F29 concentrate) used for sanitizing equipment (ie. emulsifier for almond milk). Mixed as per instructions on the package
-Cooler where portioned nuts are stored was 4C
-Reviewed processing procedures and cleaning and sanitizing procedures. Procedures present on-site.

Cold brew Steeping room:
-Handsink supplied with liquid soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water

Roasting/storage area:
-Walk-in cooler was 4C

Cupping area:
-Liquid soap, paper towel hot/cold running water available for handwashing
-High temperature dishwasher met sanitizing requirements. Final rinse was 71C at dish surface measured with min/max thermometer.

Overall sanitation was satisfactory
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
