The kitchen is not in operation at the time of inspection

- The handsink is supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Upright glass storage cooler is measured at 3C
- Storage freezer (in storage room) is measured at -18C
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Storage practices are satisfactory
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 74C during final rinse at the dish surface.
- General sanitation is excellent

NOTE: Please record temperature of your cooler and freezer on a temperature log on regular basis (when the kitchen is in use)
NOTE: Use chlorine sanitizer to sanitize food contact surfaces when the kitchen is in operation. Mix half teaspoon bleach in one litre of water in a spray bottle (100ppm chlorine residual)
