ublic Comments -Handwash stations adequately stocked -All refrigeration units <4C, freezers <-18C -Hot holding unit >60C -High temperature dishwasher reached >71C -bleach sanitizer spray tested at >200ppm -Food items are stored 6" off the ground -general sanitation is good ** Noted some rodent dropping in several areas ( front sushi area behind and beside fridge, kitchen under sink and beside two door upright cooler) clean and put monitoring devices (ie: sticky traps, snap traps) any new dropping contact a pest control company. No signature is obtained, explained verbally a copy will be sent via email later.
