Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-AREV64
- Hand delivered inspection repot #DSOG-AREV64 due to printing issue at the time of the inspection.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer at 64C at the plate's level. You must monitor the dishwasher daily (ie in the morning before operating the restaurant) with test strips as part of your routine checks. The minimum requirement is 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer at > or = 24C at the plate's level.
- Quat sanitizer was available in red bucket with presoaked wiping cloth at 200 ppm Quat solution. Ensure to change regularly (ie every 4 hours).
- The back door was kept closed at the time of the inspection.
