-Note: EHO notified during the inspection that the cafeteria may be closing down permanently. To be confirmed with the school staff. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot holding was > 60 C. Temperature records were up to date. Pest proof containers were in use. Three compartment sink method used for dishwashing, Quats sanitizer available. Food contact surface sanitizer had 200 ppm quats. No evidence of pests, traps were in place. Staff are FoodSafe level 1 certified. General sanitation was satisfactory.
