Observation: Fruit flies observed gathering around grease trap in dry storage area. This area will require cleaning and servicing to prevent growth of fruit flies.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to clean this area frequently to prevent growth of fruit flies. Clean and sanitize this area frequently. Service grease trap as needed and use a pest control company to monitor and reduce the flie population. Correction required in one month.

Observation: Dust accumulation observed on walk in cooler fans and ceiling. Cleaning and sanitation of these areas required.

New lighting install throughout facility - good.

Note: Back room dry storage areas have missing dry wall with exposed wood framing. Dust and dirt is accumulating in these hard to clean areas.
Clean area as needed. Resealing the wall as per original construction is recommended.
