Observation: Food, grease, and dust debris found at various places:
- The floor at the front hot holding units
- Inside the 1 door chest cooler
- Floor inside the walk-in drinks cooler
- Floor under the fryer
- Floor beside the chest cooler at the back office

All door handles are very greasy.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the area mentioned above to prevent pest harborage. Please clean all the door handles to prevent cross contamination. Hand washing must be done in between different tasks.
