General sanitation - good.
The fan hood - clean.
Prep. insert cooler at 4.0 C (the kitchen);
Note: Small amount of food in an under-counter cavity of this cooler.
Walk-in cooler at 2.1 C.
Food storage in the walk-in cooler - food is covered.
High temperature dishwasher at 76.3 C.
Kitchen handwashing sink supplied with hot and cold running water; liquid soap & paper towel in a wall-mounted dispensers.
Bleach solution - available. Surface sanitizer in a container at 100 ppm.
3-compartment sink - satisfactory.
No signs of pests are noted at the time of inspection.

Note: A storage unit is under renovation.

Recommendations:
- All pizza pans must be stored safely (eg., in a wooden box/ not on the floor).
- Remove few plates under the dry storage shelf in the kitchen.
- Remove moldy cutting board from the back walk way of the mall if it's a garbage.
- Prep. table near the exit door must be removed. (Note: A violation ticket will be issued at a next inspection).
