Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station in the front service area did not have paper towels in the dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that handwash stations have adequately supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels at all times. Staff stocked the paper towel dispenser at the time of inspection.

Observation: Oil spill was observed on the floor behind the cooking line.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the oil spill and ensure that facility is kept in sanitary condition.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted at the food facility and the following observations were made during the inspection:

Temperature (coolers to be at 4C or less, freezers at -18C or less):
- Coolers maintained at 4C or less.
- Walk-in freezer noted at -15C and the door was not properly closed.
Ensure that the door is kept fully closed in order to maintain a temperature of -18C or less.
- Upright freezer measured at -17C.
- Potentially hazardous foods hot held between 63C to 73C.

Storage:
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- All products were found either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
- Storage area was well-organized.
- Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Sanitation & Maintenance:
- Sanitizer pails available and the concentration of QUATS noted at 200ppm.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink has sanitizing solution in 3rd sink and the concentration of QUATS noted at 200ppm.
- Handwash station in food prep area had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels (See violation above)
- Utensils and tongs were found in sanitary condition.
- Customer self-serve area with pop machine was found clean.

Pest Management:
- No visible signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Pest control company conducts routine checks.

Administrative:
- Staff has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
