Follow up inspection to report # DSOG-ARKTS3.
- Utensils, equipment, and other food contact surfaces (ie scoops) in sanitary condition.
- High temperature dishwasher (stationary) achieved 71C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle. Please obtain an accurate thermometer and monitor the dishwasher daily. Please ensure to train all staff on the proper operation of the high temperature dishwasher based on the manufacturer's guide.
- Ceiling tile installed.
- FOODSAFE certified staff on duty. The owner stated that he has registered more staff to FOODSAFE course. Ensure that at least one FOODSAFE trained staff is on duty at all times and keep copies of all FOODSAFE certificates on site for review by the health inspector.
- Correction Order rescinded at the time of the inspection.
Note: The hot water valve to the pipe connected to the mop sink station was turned off at the time of the inspection. The operator stated that the mop station is used for only night times for cleaning the floors. There was adequate running hot water at other sinks.
