Summary of Inspection:
The COVID-19 Pre-screening was conducted at the door.
During today’s inspection, there were 2 children, and the licensee present today.
The following was discussed
Enrolment reporting system was discussed, and it was stated that as long as the legislative requirements for record keeping are met, the licensee can create and maintain their own system.
Updated BCCDC Guidelines were reviewed. Cleaning and sanitization practices were reviewed.
Storage practice for inaccessible items was reviewed. Licensee asked if all of the cupboards needed latches. Licensing stated that items which are hazardous to children should be locked, or latched or made out of reach.
Discussion around the new umbrella that they had purchased for additional sun shade for the afternoon.
