Routine health inspection. Coolers at 4 degrees C or less. Thermometers available for coolers. Freezers at -15 to -20 degrees C. Raw and ready-to-eat foods properly organized. Dry storage satisfactory. Reviewed cooking procedures. Items are cooked to order. Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Bleach water available in a labeled spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine. Warewashing sinks supplied with hot and cold running water. In use equipment/utensils washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every four hours. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. FOODSAFE certified staff member on site. FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate valid to November 28, 2027.
