Retention of cooked rice leftovers discontinued. cooler display 4 C 2 hour system in place for room temperature holding of cooked pearls. Ensure timers available for each pearl variety. Wiping rags stored in dilute bleach sanitizer solution. Required premise cleaning completed. Menu revised: Meat dishes are limited to precooked products that can be reheated with oven.
