All infractions corrected -maintain. -Drapes through doors and pass thru windows cleaned and will be cleaned more frequently -Sushi display coolers at temperature and operator indicates they will be waiting until temperatures are at or below 4 deg C before placing foods in the morning -no food processing in mop sink observed -Health Permit indicated -on it's way -display conspicuously when received -no bowls in use for bulk foods -scoopers only with handles up out of the foods -employee washroom has paper towels in dispenser
