- All handwash sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and single-use hand towels in dispensers.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 87.1C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated red buckets at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity. A third party pest control company inspects on a monthly basis. Pest summary reports available and reviewed at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
