Meat processing area has ambient air temperature of 10 Celsius.
Bleach water is used as sanitizer for food processing area.
Operator/employee prepares new bleach water sanitizer after each prep period.
All meats are bought from by approved sources.
Repackaging of meats is done onsite and all packages are labelled appropriately.
