Discussed with staff, dispenser is not compatible with existing Fraser Health inventory. Work order in place, but alternative not provided in interim. spoke with staff FMO in process of dispenser replacement and temporary soap provided. Corrective Action(s): CHeck for new handwashing at next scheduled inspeciton. Violation Score: 5

One of the two spray bottles for sanitizing measured 0 ppm. **Make sure all labelled sanitizer spray bottles are always filled with sanitizer (quats at 200 to 400 ppm). Verify daily. Note: handwashing issue in kiosk. general cleanliness in kiosk ok. No access to mop sink or housekeeping, unless specifically requested. Mopping conducted with cleanable. Cooling units less than 4 C.
