Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no paper towels near the main handwashing station. The staff stated that they use paper napkins stored on the counter behind the handwashing sink.
Corrective Action(s): Install paper towel dispenser at the handwashing station. All handwashing stations must be stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels to properly wash hands. Temporary solution is to place paper towel roll at the handwashing station.

Observation: There is a large gap at the bottom of the back receiving door that may allow entry of pest.
