Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Bleach sanitizer solution available for use in labeled spray bottle.
Dishwasher registers 77 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Walk in cooler at back food preparation area not in use.
Walk in cooler at back of premise at 3 degrees C.
2 freezers by cooking line at -16 degrees C. Bread freezer at -20 degrees C.
Freezer by preparation table at -18 degrees C.
Preparation cooler at front inserts not in use. Drawer sections at or below 4 degrees C.
Small preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
No hot holding at time of inspection.
Back domestic cooler at 4-6 degrees C. Freezer section at -10 degrees C. Operator stated this cooler is frequently opened/closed during lunch rush. Monitor and ensure 4 degrees C or less for the cooler section and -18 degrees C or less for the freezer section.
