- Areas mentioned during the routine inspection have been cleaned.

Discussed with operator regarding facility's pest management system. It is operator's responsibility to do the following:
- No food debris/grease should be left on floor when facility is closed at the end of the day
- All floors must be cleaned/sanitized using 1000ppm chlorine solution at least once at the end of the day
- Floors must be checked for any new droppings. Droppings must be removed as soon as observed.

Contact the health inspector to notify the situation. If not improved after a week, operator is to contact a professional pest control company for a full assessment.
