Observation: Observed the following to be not in good working order:
-QUATs dispenser in the re-packaging area measured at 0ppm.
-Detergent dispenser in the re-packaging area was not dispensing any detergent due to the detergent bottle being empty.
-Handwashing sink soap dispenser in the meat processing area not dispensing liquid soap.
-Walk-in freezer measured at an air ambient temperature of -12C.

THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s): -Service the QUATs dispenser in the re-packaging area to measure 200ppm.
-Replace the detergent so that detergent dispenser in the re-packaging area is dispensing detergent.
-Ensure all liquid soap dispensers in all handwashing sinks are stocked.
-Service the walk-in freezer to hold an air ambient temperature of -18C or lower.

Cease operation of re-packaging and cut produce until inspector verifies that QUATs, detergent dispensers are in operational condition to ensure proper sanitiation of equipment in the re-packaging area.

Observation: All handwashing sinks lack liquid soap in liquid soap dispensers.
Correction: All handwashing sinks must be well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels to ensure proper hand hygiene of staff. Corrected by: May 26, 2022.
Comments

Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CEQTVX.
The following violations have been corrected in report#JCHY-CEQTVX.
-No moldy produce observed to be on the store front offered for sale.
-No cut produce observed to be stored in the front display coolers. Operator informed that cut produce will be stored in the stand-up coolers going forward.
-QUAT sanitizer spray available in the re-packaging and meat processing areas measured at 200ppm.
-Handwashing sink liquid soap dispenser in operational condition in the re-packaging area.
-Scoops observed to be stored outside of dry good bulk bins.
-Observed rejected foods in the walk-in cooler to be stored separately from fresh produce and food items. Walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer observed to be de-cluttered.
-Handwashing sink in the re-packaging area observed to be firmly attached on the wall.
-Motocycle have been removed from the premises.

-Walk-in cooler measured at 4C.
-Temporary pump-style liquid soap available at handwashing sink in the meat processing area.
