Follow-up inspection conducted: CODE 306 in compliance. Extra storage shelf installed. Areas mentioned during the routine inspection cleaned and organized in a better way. Operators had advised additional storage shelves may be added in near future. Facility in good sanitary condition at this time. Discussed about a potential temporary event occurring in Guildford Mall - Oct. Explained about the application process. Operator will email the information once confirmed.
