Observation: Sanitation: The "hard to reach areas" require better attention to cleaning. Food/debris noted on walls, behind/under equipment (kitchen shelves, stoves, dry storage area, under dishwasher area, along walls in walk in cooler, behind freezers, etc) Grease/oil build up noted behind ovens and on kitchen fans. Storage areas - unused equipment/items noted.
Corrective Action(s): Thorough cleaning required. Pull all items away from walls and clean and organize this facility. Remove all unused items/equipment to free up space and reduce harborages.
