Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the owner. - General sanitation was satisfactory. - Hand sink and washroom sinks were fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water. - Sanitizer in the sink for sanitizing dishware and in the spray bottle for sanitizing the food contact surfaces were measured 100-200ppm. - 3-compartment sink in use for cleaning and sanitizing kitchenware. - No food preparation at the time of inspection. All foods from approved source. no expired food observed. - Domestic freezer measured -18.2C. Upright cooler at 4.2C. Prep cooler top and bottom all < 4C. - Brown rice in Rice cooker measured 62.8C. - No pest concern in the facility. Note: (1) Clean the fan guard when it's dusty/greasy. (2) Ensure adequate stock of hand soap in the kitchen.
