Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers measured at -18C or less.
Hot holding measured at 60C or higher.
QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 72C at the plate level.

Discussed renovation plan to extend the kitchen. Please submit three physical copies of your floor plan to Surrey Health Protection office for an approval prior to renovation.
