Observation: Mice droppings observed in the follow areas:
- in dry storage room near the side door
- on canned food items
- on bags of dry food items
Corrective Action(s): Remove the mice droppings in the areas noted above. Clean and sanitize with bleach solution (100 ppm solution). Canned food items that are hermetically sealed can be sanitized. Porous bags of dry food items must be discarded.

Observation: Front display cooler is again at 11C.
Corrective Action(s): Fix or service the cooler so it maintains temperature < or = 4C at all times. Do not store any cold potentially hazardous food items inside the cooler. Recommended using wire racks instead of solid glass inside the display cooler.

- No cold potentially hazardous food items stored at > 4C.
- General sanitation has improved. Obtain covers to protect clean cups and plates from contamination.
- You must regularly clean hard to reach areas (ie. behind the coolers, chest freezers, grills, underneath dishwasher).
- The pest control report has been submitted and reviewed. Keep monitoring for pest issues.
