Comments

Labelling has improved, most foods in the store now have labels. As discussed, ensure that the remaining foods are labelled as well. All coolers were < 4 C Freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Invoices available for review onsite. Sinks in the back have hot and cold water. Ensure that soap and paper towels are always available at these sinks.
