Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Two ice scoop ladles stored directly in ice bin located under smoothie blenders.
Corrective Action(s):
Store the ice scoop ladles in a designated container/plate on top of the ice bin or on the counter. Do not leave the ice scoop ladles in the ice bin as this could lead to a potential contamination from the handles to the ready to eat ice.

Routine Inspection:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers (under-counters, drawers, stand-up, 3-door stand-up, sandwich prep) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Freezers (front and 3-door stand-up) maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
- No hot holding for soup at the time of inspection. Ensure soup warmer is pre-heated to at least 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit) before placing in food that has been cooked/re-heated to at least 74 degrees Celsius (165 degrees Fahrenheit).
All cold holding units equipped with thermometers.
Prep sink at front equipped with hot/cold running water.
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Drain plugs available.
Concentration of QUATs sanitizer in buckets = 200 ppm. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution - very good.
Concentration of QUATs sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm.
Ice maker maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored on top of ice maker in a sanitary manner.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
Premises well lit.
Overall cleanliness and maintenance very good.
