Observation: Multi-quat dispenser only dispensing 50 ppm Quats (LaMotte test strips - 45 second dip). Quats sanitizer spray bottles also contain 50 ppm Quats. A concentration of 200 ppm Quats is required for sanitizing food contact surfaces and achieving the required reduction of foodborne pathogens. [Date to be corrected by: immediately]
Corrective Action(s): Do not use Quats sanitizer wall dispenser. Begin using a 100 ppm (1/2 tsp bleach in 1 L water) bleach solution for sanitizing until Multi-quat dispenser is fixed. Empty out all sanitizer spray bottles and refill with correct concentration of Quats after dispenser proven to dispense 200 ppm.

Observation: Multi-quat dispenser is not dispensing the correct amount of quats for sanitizing purposes. Sanitizer container full. Operator cannot locate test strips at time of inspection. [Date to be corrected by: November 28, 2018]
Corrective Action(s): Call maintenance personell to test the multi-quat dispenser and adjust. Operator to obtain test strips and test quats concentration regularly (e.g. at least weekly).
