- Sanitizing solution at dispensing unit and in buckets 200 ppm QUATS
***Unlabelled spray bottle noted with clear liquid at meat slicer (*violation noted above)
- High temp dishwasher noted at 71 C at plate level; over 90 C at gauge
- Meat slicer is kept in sanitary condition then covered with clean linen to protect it from contamination when not in use.
- General sanitation is satisfactory

- Good food storage practices; ready-to-eat foods above and separated from raw meats; foods protected and stored in containers covered, labeled and off the ground
***Liquid egg cartons (3 closed) expiring Mar 8, 2022 (today). 1 open carton noted as April 20, 2022. Ensure first in, first out.
- Staff had designated food handling tasks to prevent cross contamination
- No sign of pest activity observed during inspection; a pest control company provides services monthly
