Comments

-Follow-up inspection to April 30, 2020.
-Staff member had FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training. Canadian Institute of Food Safety - Valid until May 4, 2025.
-Both prep cooler and upright cooler have been serviced. Staff stated there were no issues with the cooler units. Monitor cooler units and service/adjust as needed. Facility is also very warm. Ensure the coolers are kept closed when not is use, to prevent loss of cold refrigeration air.
-Food storage practices were improved at the time of inspection. Did not observe any foods stored on the floor or in opened metal cans.
-Flies in the facility have decreased, but are still present. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition and contact professional pest control services as needed.
-Did not observe any foods cooling improperly at the time of inspection.
-Sanitizer spray bottle was properly labelled. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed.
-Health Permit hand delivered to facility. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Staff signature not required at this time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
