Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces in the deli on a regular basis. Food spills and debris left on the floors can attract pests. *Correction date: Nov.11, 2022 Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: One of the two hand-sinks in the deli department is not operational. Employee states that the store is waiting for replacement parts to arrive. Corrective Action(s): This infraction was observed on the previous routine inspection conducted in May 2022. If parts necessary for repair of the touchless sensor faucet are not available, operator should replace the unit with a traditional faucet. *Repair or replace the faucet by Dec. 15th, 2022.
