NOTE: Herb and Garlic Pastry and Jalapeno Savoury pastry can be held at ambient temperatures for 8 hours according to Tim Hortons Food Safety plan - facility currently only holding at 4 hours due to popularity of items. Time tracking logs available for review by Environmental Health Officer at time of inspection - EXCELLENT WORK!
