Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler (milk/dairy/beverage) at 4 degrees C. Food is stored off the ground.
- Sandwich cooler at 4 degrees C
- Chest freezer (back storage) at -16 degrees C
- Reach in freezer at -17 degrees C
- Ice cream freezer at -24 degrees C
- Thermometers accurate to 1 degree C are available for cold holding units
- Temperature records available for cold holding units
- Selection of food products were found to be within printed best before dates.
- Selection of canned products were found to be free of large dents or dents near the seal
- Hand washing sink is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in a labeled spray bottle at 200 ppm
- Discussed cleaning and sanitizing of equipment. Two sink plugs available at two compartment sink.
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
